Putting the Personal into Personal Training
Personal training is a two-way process. We seek to educate you to become more aware of your body’s needs consistent with your aspirations. This ensures that your training is tailored specifically and guides you along the path that you wish to pursue.
Your time and commitment is important to us and therefore we make sure we always adhere to the following three principles:
1. We pride ourselves on the details of your program that make it unique to you and keeping you safe, while developing your performance potential. Technique, technique, technique – Quality of movement always, always supersedes quantity!
2. We ask the relevant questions when it comes to training you as an individual. We have found that by asking the right questions we can unlock the motivation that you have so we actually end up coaching, rather than simply pushing, you.
3. We strive to connect with our clients on an emotional level. We love what we do, we care about what we do, and it comes across more in what we don’t say than what we do. We're not slick, cute, or controlling, and we're certainly not superhuman; we're just very effective at providing results.
